Video: Rutland robot builders prepare for regional competition
About 20 students have been practically living at the STEM Lab at the Stafford Technical Center for six weeks, imagining, designing and fabricating a robot. The effort, in preparation of the international FIRST Robotics Competition, has challenged them to create a machine that will compete in a complicated Capture-the-Flag game against 40 other teams in the region. The team, the IBots, may move on to further competition if they win the regional event in Worcester, Mass., which begins March 11, 2016. To read the story, visit bit.ly/RutlandRobot.
