Human Resources Executive – #JHedzWorlD


  • Handle manpower staffing process as below (but not limited to) :  

            – Post advertisement of vacancies


  – Conduct selection of applicants based on job scope provided


  – Coordinate with hiring managers on interview schedule


  – Manage pre and post interview processes which include following up with status of interview results


  – Organize and coordinate commencement of new staff which include ensuring workplace readiness and


    conducting orientation session


 


  • Responsible on staff training and development program, including talent management.

  • Work collaboratively with organization to understand the business / organization training needs and 
    training process execution.

  • Plan, design and coordinate training courses (in house, external, public) as required.

  • Implement and monitor the training assessment and post training evaluation to measure the training effectiveness.

  • Carry out the HRDF related administration work as needed.

 


          Job requirements: 


  • Candidate must possess at least a  Diploma in HR management / Business Management. 

  • Required skill(s): MS Office – Excel, Ms Word, Powerpoint

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Junior / Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

  • Full-Time position(s) available.
