Recruitment Manager | URGENT! – #JHedzWorlD


Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:  (may be used to create job postings)



Proactively manages the recruitment and selection activities of the site to employ, place and/or transfer internal and external candidates for Agents, Coach/supervisor, and support staff positions at the site ensuring adequate and timely staffing.   Ensures the site is effectively staffed with quality associates with focus on employee retention.  Acts as Company advocate within the community to identify sources of candidates by initiating and maintaining relationships with outside sources such as employment agencies, job fair sponsors, local chambers of commerce, schools and colleges, or through other business channels.  Utilizes multiple sourcing techniques including website postings, employee referral programs and a variety of low-cost recruitment sources.  Builds and implements community relations programs related to recruitment strategies.  Builds pool of qualified applicants reducing lead-time required to fill jobs quickly.  Complies with federal and state employment laws and regulations.  Emulates best practices in the field of employment.  Creates processes that are efficient, effective, and customer-focused.  Educates managers as needed on employment law.  Designs and places employment advertising.  Monitors selection criteria and testing techniques to ensure compliance to standards and participates in the development and implementation of revisions.


 


 


 


Typical Qualifications: 

Education 4 Year college degree and experience in HR, Recruitment, or general business


Experience Target: Three or more years of successful recruiting experience with exposure to recruiting non-exempt personnel in a high-volume, fast-paced and customer-focused environment.    Call center experience is required.  Managerial experience strongly preferred, but supervisors are welcome to apply.


 


 


Skills: 
Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, including strong verbal and effective written communications skills.  Computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Strong problem solving and consulting skills.  Excellent time management skills.  Strong planning and organizing skills with ability to prioritizing projects/tasks.   Management/leadership skills.


 


 


Knowledge/Abilities: 
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws with ability to ensure legal compliance related to recruiting activities.  Proven ability to successfully recruit nonexempt associates to maintain retention and meet demands of high volume recruiting needs.  Demonstrated success as a business partner to leadership in a fast paced, customer focused environment.  Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships both internally as well as externally.  Ability to influence others and present a positive Company image.  Demonstrated ability to adapt practices and techniques to changing priorities and issues while still maintaining compliance over employment program.  Demonstrated personal drive and sense of urgency.  Meticulous attention to meeting timelines.  Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate recruiting staff to meet objectives.
